yes... I know, I might make mom of the year someday if I keep this up... |
to prove what a terrible influence I am on the children around me I present a picture taken last night at a church activity.
so... it wasn't actually an activity about folding paper airplanes out of gum wrappers of making cranes out of napkins... wisely we had chosen a table in the back corner...
of course, I'm pretty sure the mother of my crane-folding photo-taking friend might never let me sit with them again... and I'm SURE the words "enabling immature behavior" were definitely uttered....
maybe by me :)

Love it. That is such a creative idea with the green egg!
I'm ashamed I didn't know it was Dr. Seuss day! I should be forced to change my blog title...but I'm not gonna.
The lunch is awesome. You are the coolest mom ever, and I will have to copy you next year. We're going to have green eggs (scrambled) and ham for dinner :)
So that's why all the elementary students are wearing black and red..Preschool is so out of the loop. My pink and brown is clashing.
You're such a cool mom, the green eggs and ham is a most excellent idea!
You are so cool! For St. Patricks Day, my mom would dye the milk green.
Such talent!! Awesome!
Now I know why every class I passed at the elementary school seemed to be reading Dr. Seuss. I thought it was odd. Almost all of the kids in Jake's class were reading Dr. Suess too and I thought that was weird.
You buy twinkies? Derek doesn't think they count as food. When we did 20 questions on Sunday he was thinking of a twinkie and when someone asked "Is it food" he said "sort of". If I were given that lunch though I'd for sure think it was great and I'd eat the twinkie.
Funny. Our kids are celebrating Dr. Suess Day on Friday, PJ's and all. They are so excited.
You get my vote!
No, never "enabling immature behavior" turn 'er on the flip side and instead "able to get in touch with her inner child, and allow those around her to revel in their own maturity in comparison." However, I'd pick you anyday.
Good thing you didn't tell the story about the green milk and oatmeal for Saint Patrick's day...
You are pretty creative.
You really shouldn't hide that talent under a bushel.....or at the back table.
Create riotousness whereever you can girlfriend.
Seriously, a "green egg and a ham sandwich"? How adorable is that? I'm a little jealous that I didn't think of it... kudos to you!
It's proof of your genius that you can fold a napkin into a lovely crane.
We had green eggs and ham too, only the presentation was not as appealing as yours.
lol...love the sandwich...
you are mom of the year...
sorry i haven't been by much...
I've been packing my junk up for the move...
I move to Cedar Monday!
Can you believe it?
I'm so stoked!
I'm serious. Karayoke party this summer.... details to follow later...
The question I want answered is: did your kid actually eat the egg?
